Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation professional to lead training programs and workshops, map training plans for individuals and teams, and partner with leaders to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field, 4+ years in technical project or program management, and ideally SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required.
• Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigates teams and leaders on agile implementation to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes
• Planning, organizing, communicating and delivering training programs and workshops for Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation Engagements
• Maps training plans for individuals and teams working through Agile adoption and/or Digital Transformation
• Contributes to the design and development of training programs and training materials
• Gathers feedback and analyzes performance results to determine impact of training on KPIs
• Coordinates training session logistics and maintains curriculum database and records
• Partners with internal stakeholders and experts regarding instructional design
• Researches and recommends new training methods, like gamification
