Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Technical Deployment Project Manager to join our contract team in Spring, TX for a 3‑month engagement. You will drive cross‑functional software programs with agile delivery, aligning marketing, design, R&D, and IT to ensure on‑time launches and deployment readiness.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in program management, hands‑on experience with engineering metrics and KPIs, and a proven ability to manage risks, create plans, and coordinate readiness across multiple

Qualifications

Comprehensive experience delivering commercial software products using agile practices.
Expertise managing cross‑organizational software programs from initiation through delivery.
Hands‑on experience developing and reporting engineering metrics and KPIs.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with large‑scale systems.
Experience with controlled software release processes and product lifecycle management tools.
Ability to coordinate operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and training execution for deployments.
Experience level: 7–10 years in relevant roles.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrated competence.

Responsibilities

Scope and define technical designs and delivery approaches for software features, solutions, and products.
Lead portions of planning and execution across multiple complex projects and programs.
Serve as the bridge between marketing, Design, R&D, business, operations, and IT teams.
Refine requirements into logical customer‑valued deliverables and identify synergies with existing systems.
Define overall architecture and quality plans.
Ensure on‑time delivery and elevate as necessary.
Partner with engineering teams to prioritize, plan, track, and execute cross‑organizational programs.
Perform program analysis, manage risk, drive course corrections, and communicate status across management levels.
Continuously improve software development lifecycle processes and mentor team members.
Manage risks and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, release, and quality for high‑visibility programs.
Coordinate deployment readiness for services supply chain and finished goods returns workstreams, including checklists, dependencies, risks, milestones, and training plans.
