Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an Agile Program Manager with capital markets brokerage onboarding knowledge to lead multiple Agile teams and deliver strategic outcomes on a 11-month, onsite assignment.

Day-1 readiness and 5–10 years of experience are expected. The role requires coordinating product roadmaps with execution teams while driving Agile governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate program planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor program metrics, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and team collaboration.
