Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and integrations to recommend scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, data flows, and process diagrams.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support API analysis, data mapping, and integration design.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure feasibility and design alignment.
• Participate in testing phases, including defect triage, validation, and production support.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from intake through deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, and delivery roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Track and report on delivery progress and KPIs to leadership.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and release management processes.
