Job summary

Parsons is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our Joint Staff CDAO team. You will plan and drive agile execution across multiple PODs, coordinate program-wide events, and deliver AI-enabled products for critical DoD missions.

You will mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners, maintain agile standards, and report metrics to senior leadership. A Top Secret/SCI clearance and senior delivery experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in agile delivery, program management, or technical leadership roles, including experience leading multi-team agile execution.
• Certified Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practitioner (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP).
• Proven expertise in coordinating PI planning, delivery cycles, and program-level agile events.
• Strong proficiency in agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and delivery metrics tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead agile execution across multiple PODs, ensuring high-quality delivery of data, analytics, and AI-enabled products.
• Coordinate PI planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release cycles across all PODs.
• Own agile implementation, establishing standards and best practices for defense environments.
• Track delivery metrics, release timelines, and progress against program objectives for leadership.
• Resolve blockers and risks by coordinating with POD leads, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation across delivery teams.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and POD leads to mature agile practices.
