Peterson Technology Partners in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives. You will champion Agile best practices, coach delivery teams, remove impediments, and own timelines, budgets, and risk management across multiple workstreams.

This role blends hands-on facilitation with disciplined program management to turn roadmap commitments into delivered business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is required.
5+ years as Scrum Master, PM, or Agile Program Manager.
Proven track record delivering software projects in Agile environments.
Expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
Hands-on Jira/Confluence experience.
Strong SDLC and release management knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile practices to raise delivery maturity.
Identify and remove impediments to meet sprint commitments.
Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and capacity for predictable delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and stakeholders.
Drive release planning and governance across multiple workstreams.
Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership with clear metrics.
