Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a seasoned project delivery professional to lead enterprise application implementations and cross-functional initiatives. You will apply Agile and Scrum practices, drive execution, and engage stakeholders across teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years in Agile delivery or Scrum master roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery roles.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum and project management methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise application implementations and integration projects.
• Able to drive execution through influence and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Certification: CSM, PSM, PMP or equivalent.
