Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide Agile coaching to teams on Scrum and project management.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile teams and management to enhance release planning and ceremonies.
• Transfer knowledge and help teams reflect and improve for better collaboration and quality.
• Lead relationships between business groups and the Agile COE and coordinate with resources.
• Onboard new groups into the transformation process with overview presentations.
• Introduce agile methodologies and implement agility in delivery using SAFe and Scrum.
• Advocate for top-down support for agile culture and values to maximize results.
• Share experiences to ensure best practices are used and suggest process improvements.
• Oversee objective cohesion of multi-team initiatives and monitor performance.
• Assess trends and implications of new methods for business strategy.
