You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC. The role emphasizes analytical rigor and clear communication to drive backlog clarity and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of Business Analyst or related experience.
• Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Manage and clarify backlog requirements and project priorities.
• Support UAT, including test scripts, defect tracking, and business validation.
• Support Agile activities, including sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder updates.
• Track project milestones, risks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders
