Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience on an IT development contract.
Experience in a business analyst or requirements analyst role.
Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as RTC or JIRA.
Experience with Agile, SAFe, PO/PM preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis to define system scope and objectives relative to business plans.
Document, analyze, trace, prioritize, and agree on requirements from stakeholders.
Control changes and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Work directly with clients to understand business needs and requirements.
Assist in designing system solutions, including architecture, workflows, data models, and UI.
Participate in system testing to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
Identify trends and insights to support decision-making and system optimization.
