Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years’ IT development contract experience, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of IT development contract experience.
• Experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Experience with Agile lifecycle tools (RTC, JIRA).
• Knowledge of Agile / SAFe; PO/PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements from stakeholders.
• Control change and communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Work directly with clients to understand business needs.
• Modify procedures to solve technical problems related to capacity and performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision making.
• Participate in system testing to ensure functionality, performance, and user acceptance.
• Assist with design and development of system solutions aligning with business objectives.
