Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a focused business analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and to define system scope and objectives aligned with the organization's plan.

You will document, analyze, trace, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders; assist in change control and communications; work with clients to understand needs; support testing and the design of system solutions including data models and interfaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS, ISM, or related field.
At least 3 years of IT development contract experience.
Experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
Familiarity with Agile lifecycle management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

Assist in documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements from stakeholders.
Control change and communication to relevant stakeholders.
Work directly with clients to understand their needs.
Assist in modifications to procedures to solve technical problems.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for decision making.
Participate in system testing to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
Assist with design and development of system solutions, including architecture, workflows, data models, and interfaces.
