Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Mayfield, OH seeks a Business Systems Analyst/Scrum Master hybrid role to deliver iterative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will gather and clarify business and technical requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlog readiness, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress across cross-functional teams including data platforms and security. Strong communication with customers, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hybrid delivery role (Business Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, or Technical BA) in agile/iterative environments.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and clarify business and technical requirements for data, platform, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Excellent communication with customers, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure delivery practices are followed.

Responsibilities

• Remove obstacles that impede the iterative delivery process.
• Facilitate daily standups, planning, retrospectives, and other agile events.
• Make product decisions and help resolve team issues using forming/storming/norming/performing concepts.
• Promote strong customer engagement and requirement gathering across the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed of data advancements and evolving requirements.
