Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking a senior analyst within the Agile Programme to deliver high-quality analysis across courts, prisons and probation. You will work across our analytical priorities, contribute to horizon-scanning and cross-cutting projects, and support BAU teams while promoting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You should have an analytical mindset with proven ability to deliver robust analysis.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for policy.
• Strong communication and ability to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and data modelling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality analysis across the justice system including courts, prisons and probation.
• Contribute to horizon-scanning and annual commissioning cycles to inform priorities.
• Support BAU teams and cross-cutting projects to maximise impact of analytical work.
• Promote findings to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
