Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. seeks motivated individuals for an Aggregates Management Trainee Program, an 18-24 month rotation across operations, maintenance, safety, quality, and business functions.

You will develop leadership skills through teamwork, mentor guidance, and hands-on projects, while building a broad operating knowledge base that positions you for future leadership roles within the aggregates business.

• Gain hands-on field experience and participate in special projects.
• Work with leaders and mentors to create a personalized development plan.
