Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southwest Agg LLC is seeking graduates or internal candidates for a leadership-track role in aggregate operations in Texas. You will assist daily production, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and participate in cross-functional projects with seasoned managers.

The program offers exposure to mine planning, operations optimization, quality control, and equipment operation while enabling growth toward supervisory responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in managing daily operations of aggregate production.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Engage in special projects that vary in scope and size, working alongside some of the industry’s best and brightest managers.
• Learn all aspects of managing a quarry or sand & gravel operation, including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, Maintenance, Operating Heavy Equipment, Safety, and more.
