Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking an Aggregates Equipment Operator to join our production team in Demorest, GA. You will operate heavy equipment, perform inspections, and support safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks in a fast-paced quarry environment. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move and load aggregates
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Monitor material quality and report issues promptly

Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
