Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics or professional experiences.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on exposure to quarry/aggregates operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 18-24 month rotational program across aggregates operations, maintenance, quality, sales, and environmental functions.
• Build leadership capabilities by partnering with plant leaders to drive operational excellence, safety, and performance initiatives.
• Analyze production, operational, and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Lead and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, customer service, and sustainable operations.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to progress into future leadership roles within Aggregates operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Geology, Construction Management, Business, or related field
