Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, offers an Aggregate Intern position that provides exposure to our mining and aggregate sales operations across Ohio. You will work with multiple departments, supporting project management, reporting, and administrative tasks while learning our safety and documentation practices.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an engineering degree, proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office, and capable of working nights or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn administrative processes and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions.
• Assist Project Management with monthly projections and reports.
• Learn business administration tasks hands-on.
• Capture detailed messages and ensure timely communication.
• Support cross-department projects as needed.
• Help prepare reports for Senior Leadership and track milestones.
• Contribute to document control improvements and cost tracking.
