Job summary

P&K Stone LLC in Chico, TX is seeking an Aggregate Plant Operator to join our production team. You will work in a high-paced, safety-conscious environment operating crushing and screening equipment, monitoring conveyors and gauges, and coordinating with team members.

This role requires reliability and willingness to work 40+ hours including some weekends, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs. MSHA training a plus; we offer benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating crushers, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Ability to observe gauges and monitor equipment during operation.
• Strong communication with plant employees to ensure safe workflow.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the crusher and monitor conveyor belts and related equipment.
• Manually operate crushing and screening equipment.
• Observe gauges and monitor equipment to maintain proper material flow.
• Maintain communication with other plant personnel for safe workflow from quarry to crusher.
• Perform routine maintenance on conveyors and crushing equipment.
