Job summary

P&K Stone LLC in McKinney, TX is hiring an Aggregate Plant Operator to join our Production Team. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, operating the crusher and monitoring conveyors to maintain efficient material flow from quarry to plant.

You will perform routine maintenance, communicate with quality control, and adjust material blends as needed. The role requires availability for overtime and ability to lift up to 75 lbs while working in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work more than 40 hours a week.
• Physical requirements: standing, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Safety training such as MSHA Part 46 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the crusher and monitor conveyor belts and related equipment.
• Manually operate the crushing and screening equipment to meet job specs.
• Perform routine maintenance on conveyors and crushing equipment, including splicing, replacing parts, lubrication.
• Shut down equipment during emergencies and coordinate/assist in repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
