Job summary

P&K Stone LLC is seeking highly motivated Aggregate Plant Operators to join the Production Team in Coleman, OK. This role requires operating the crusher, monitoring conveyors, and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth material flow from quarry to crusher.

You will be responsible for safety, adherence to environmental rules, adjusting material blends with quality control, and coordinating with other plant staff to meet job specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience operating crushers and screening equipment.
• Ability to monitor belts and conveyors during high-volume production.
• Safety awareness and compliance with environment and safety rules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the crusher and monitor conveying equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on belts, pulleys, and bearings.
• Ensure proper material flow from quarry to crusher.
• Coordinate with quality control and management for material blends.
• Shut down equipment in emergencies and assist repairs.
• Maintain clear communications with plant staff.
