Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, seeks an Aggregate Production Manager to lead daily plant operations and build a strong team focused on quality and efficiency.

You will supervise personnel, manage workflows at plant sites, and drive safety and profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3–5 years in construction operations and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.
• Three to five years of increasing responsibilities with similar duties within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and supervise staff.
• Direct work at plant locations and job sites.
• Maintain quality assurance and perform routine plant maintenance.
• Control expenditures and maximize profits for the plant and region.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA/MSHA standards.
