Qualifications

• A four-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production in aggregates operations, focusing on cost efficiency.
• Conduct daily equipment walk-arounds and site inspections; correct unsafe conditions.
• Work with department leads to meet production costs, schedules and goals.
• Train employees in quality, safety, and efficient work practices.
• Collaborate with quality and production managers to improve product quality and consistency.
