Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Aggregate Quarry Plant Clerk with weighmaster responsibilities to support daily administrative, operational, and customer service activities at our quarry operation.

This role emphasizes accuracy in recordkeeping, order processing, and reliable service for internal and external customers. The position involves maintaining records, processing scale tickets and shipments, and providing backup weighmaster support while coordinating with customers,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Proficiency with computer systems and business software used for data entry, reporting, and record management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Capabilty to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant administrative records, reports, and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Process scale tickets, customer transactions, and shipping documentation accurately.
• Provide backup weighmaster support by weighing inbound and outbound trucks and maintaining transaction records.
• Coordinate communications between customers, drivers, plant personnel, and management.
• Support office and operational functions with scheduling, invoicing, filing, and clerical tasks.
