Job summary

Payne & Dolan Inc., a Walbec Group Company, seeks an Aggregate Operator for our Cross Plains, WI quarry operations. You will operate the crush/wash plant and dredge equipment, maintaining a clean, safe work site while complying with safety protocols.

The role requires reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and prior mineral extraction experience preferred. Join a family‑oriented, union-supportive team with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Prior experience at a mineral extraction site is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the crush/wash plant equipment
• Clean up around the plant including shoveling and skid steer operation
• Participate in general site maintenance and upkeep
• Assist with crush/wash/dredge repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work site
• Operate and maintain dredge equipment
• Follow proper safety and incident reporting procedures
• Other duties as assigned
