Stationary Aggregate Operator

Payne & Dolan Inc., a Walbec Group company, is hiring an Aggregate Operator to work at stationary quarry locations in Racine, Franklin, or Waukesha, WI.

Position Overview

As an Aggregate Operator you will be an integral part of our quarry operations, producing aggregate and construction materials. Your responsibilities include operating haul trucks/loaders, running the processing plant (crushers, screens, wash‑plants), and assisting in the load‑out of finished product. You will also safely and efficiently operate various construction equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, skid‑steer loaders, water trucks, graders, man‑lifts, dozers, and excavators.

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in a safe and productive manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mobile equipment.
• Communicate plant‑site issues with the Foreman and Mine Management while conducting daily inspections.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work site, including shoveling and skid‑steer cleanup.
• Assist in plant maintenance and repairs, including labor work, cutting, fabricating, and welding.
• Follow proper safety procedures, including incident reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
