The role is full-time, seasonal with travel and overtime; pre-employment screens and drug tests apply. You will report to the Foreman and support a team that values safety and quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test required.
• 1–3 years of heavy equipment experience required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate a full range of heavy equipment (e.g., skid steer, front-end loader, excavator, crusher, dozer, backhoe).
• Perform inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety and quality requirements at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adapt to overtime during peak season.
