Gerken Materials, Inc. is hiring an Aggregate Operator to support daily aggregate operations at Round Lake West Pit in Addison, Michigan. You will operate heavy equipment, assist with production, and help maintain site safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating loaders, excavators, dozers, skid steers, or haul trucks is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work safely in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, long-reach excavators, loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers.
• Support daily production and site operations.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, including greasing, fueling, cleaning, and inspections.
• Complete equipment inspection and maintenance reports.
• Follow safety procedures and MSHA regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to support efficient site operations.
