Job summary

The Heavy Equipment Operator - Aggregate at Croell, Inc. will operate a full range of heavy equipment and contribute to efficient, safe production of aggregate products.

This is a full-time, seasonal position that requires travel and overtime through peak season, reports to the Foreman, and has no supervisory responsibility. You will perform pre- and post-shift inspections and help maintain a clean, safe work site while supporting a family-like team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of heavy equipment experience.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a full range of heavy equipment (e.g., skid steer, loader, excavator, crusher).
• Inspect and perform maintenance on equipment (grease, oil, tires/tracks).
• Perform physical tasks related to aggregate work (shovel, grade).
• Follow safety and quality requirements at all times.
• Keep work area clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Willing to perform duties outside normal scope.
