Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to operate production equipment.
• Ability to read and write instructions in English.
• Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent record for safety, attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and walk the entire shift; tolerate hot/dusty conditions.
• Must be able to take samples and perform tests accurately.
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment; willing to train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operations during packaging to deliver quality product.
• Operate sterile filtration processing equipment and monitor performance.
• Take readings and fill equipment log sheets; maintain housekeeping.
• Assist with training of team members and enforce standard procedures.
• Follow HACCP and food safety practices; report hazards and spills.
• Support inventory, FIFO, and production priorities for running product.
