Job summary

APPLY is seeking an Agentic UX Designer & Rapid Prototyper to lead the vision for a flagship AI-driven Brand Building platform. You will consolidate 30 legacy tools into a cohesive IA and develop prototypes for engineering teams.

Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business leads, you will translate complex design decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences while delivering rapid iterations in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing complex software, SaaS platforms, or AI-driven workflows.
• Proficiency building interactive screens using code-generating rapid prototyping tools to bridge design and development.
• Mastery in taking fragmented multi-tool systems and mapping them into scalable platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate workflows across 30 legacy tools into a unified IA and user flows.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes that translate to engineering teams.
• Contribute to design system updates and component libraries for AI workflows.
• Set up and run rapid usability testing to validate workflows ahead of milestones.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to align priorities.
