Job summary

Vista Equity Partners is seeking a hands-on UI/UX Architect to design and ship front-end experiences powering agentic AI across our portfolio companies. This role sits at the center of Vista’s Agentic Factory, delivering rapid production interfaces that move fast from concept to deployed product.

You will collaborate on-site with product and engineering teams, prototyping in hours and building scalable React/TypeScript systems that expose agent reasoning, confidence, and human-in-the-loop

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production-grade front-ends at scale.
• Hands-on experience integrating interfaces with AI backends.
• Polished UI shipped to production, not just prototypes.
• Fluency with React and modern toolchain (Figma, design systems).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship front-ends and user flows that integrate new agentic functionality.
• Prototype interactive, production-track interfaces in hours.
• Lead UI/UX delivery of the UI/UX layer for agent implementations targeting MVP in weeks.
• Translate agentic patterns into intuitive interaction models.
