Qualifications

• Deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and IaC (AWS CDK)
• Strong TypeScript and AWS CDK proficiency
• Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL/Prisma, and container orchestration (EKS/ECS)
• Hands-on with secure, DoD IL4‑level cloud environments
• Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback

Responsibilities

• Build and manage AWS GovCloud environments using AWS CDK (TypeScript)
• Enforce NIST-based compliance in initial stacks (cdk-nag)
• Architect GitHub Actions with affected-only builds and remote caching
• Implement merge queues, test sharding, and latency‑aware PR gates
• Develop Compliance as a build artifact mapping to NIST controls
• Automate security‑authorization evidence for government regulatory needs
• Manage a dual‑scan delivery pipeline for signed artifacts and provenance
• Implement CAC/ICAM identity and mTLS in Zero Trust architecture
• Decompose infra problems for AI agents, ensuring production‑grade outputs
• Debug issues across stack, app, and database layers
