Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Everything Engineer focused on Infrastructure and DevOps to architect the runway for a mission-critical modernization project. You will replace a decades-old legacy system that handles billions in international security cooperation with a modern web platform.

This agent-native role leads an AI-enabled development lifecycle (Codex, Claude Code) to build automated, compliant infrastructure, ensure DoD IL4 security, and maintain a fast CI/CD feedback loop

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for a US Secret security clearance.
• 7+ years building and operating production cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools (Codex, Claude Code) on production codebases.
• Deep fluency in TypeScript and AWS CDK; strong Node.js and PostgreSQL/Prisma skills.
• Experience with container orchestration (EKS/ECS) and DoD IL4 or similar high-security environments.
• Strong focus on infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK for GovCloud environments.
• Architect GitHub Actions with affected-only builds and remote caching.
• Compliance & DevSecOps: map pipeline gates to NIST controls and generate security evidence.
• Zero Trust Architecture: implement CAC/ICAM, mTLS, policy-as-code.
