Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance.
• 3+ years of experience building and operating production web systems.
• Hands-on experience using Agentic AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) on professional codebases.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Decompose complex business problems into precise technical specifications for AI agents to implement.
• Develop and own domain services in TypeScript and Node.js (case lifecycle state machines, pricing engines, payment schedules).
• Lead business-rule archaeology by extracting logic from legacy Java and PL/SQL to modern, test-driven environments.
• Ensure financial-grade correctness with append-only audit trails, segregation of duties, and reproducible calculations for audits.
• Deliver vertical slices from UI in React to infrastructure-as-code in AWS CDK.
• Perform rigorous peer reviews and maintain an always-green main branch via CI and automated testing (Vitest/Playwright).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain an always-on beta environment for rapid iterations.
