Job summary

Accenture Song – Customer Technology, Commerce practice seeks an Agentic Commerce & AI Consultant to design and build AI-powered commerce solutions. You will own components, ensure scalable deployments, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client-ready AI capabilities across channels.

You will work with frameworks like LangChain and promote Responsible AI practices while engaging in client workshops, demos, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building scalable AI or data-driven systems, preferably in digital commerce, MarTech, or customer technology ecosystems
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph)
• Experience designing prompt flows, multi-agent orchestration pipelines, and schema-driven tool invocation
• Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise APIs and backend commerce platforms
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Databricks

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Own solution components ensuring scalable, secure deployments within customer technology ecosystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to align AI implementations with business objectives
• Develop client-ready presentations, demos, and value narratives
• Mentor junior analysts and support team capability development
• Travel up to 50% for client work, with primary residency within 90 minutes of an Accenture office
