Job summary

Accenture Song – Customer Technology, Commerce is seeking an Agentic Commerce & AI Consultant to design and build AI-powered commerce solutions. You will own components across personalization, merchandising optimization, and campaign orchestration within client ecosystems.

You will harness Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration, building scalable, secure deployments, and collaborating across Song teams. Travel up to 50% and primary residency near an Accenture office are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and SQL with hands-on Generative AI deployment.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of prompt flows, tool invocation, and cloud APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems for intelligent decision workflows.
• Develop personalization, merchandising optimization, campaign orchestration, and conversational commerce components.
• Define and manage data, knowledge, and context pipelines for agent reasoning.
• Architect orchestration pipelines with predictive models, LLM reasoning, and decision APIs.
• Leverage AWS/Azure/GCP for scalable deployment and Databricks for modeling workflows.
• Apply Responsible AI principles, include monitoring, bias checks, and testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; travel up to 50% as needed.
