Job summary

Accenture Song – Customer Technology, Commerce seeks an Agentic Commerce & AI Consultant to design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. You will own solution components for scalable, secure deployments across client ecosystems.

Role requires 4+ years in AI/data systems, strong Python/SQL, and hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and FastAPI.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience building scalable AI/data-driven systems, preferably in digital commerce or customer tech ecosystems.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
Ability to design prompt flows, multi-agent orchestration pipelines, and schema-driven tool invocation.
Experience integrating AI with enterprise backend commerce platforms and APIs.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Databricks.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Own solution components to ensure scalable, secure deployments within customer tech ecosystems.
Lead data preparation, integration, validation, and semantic modeling for commerce use cases.
Define orchestration pipelines including predictive models, LLM reasoning, and decision APIs.
Develop modular services with containerization and CI/CD, and leverage vector databases for context-aware agents.
Mentor junior analysts and support client-ready demonstrations and ROI storytelling.
