Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Lead in Indianapolis, IN to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agentic sourcing systems for ESCO and PRD. You will personally develop and ship agents and applications in collaboration with Tech@Lilly and PRD Strategy.

The role requires hands-on engineering across AI/ML, data sources, and document intelligence, with a focus on reliable, auditable outputs and scalable solutions for sourcing decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant STEM field and 5+ years post-degree experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into AI/ML workflows.
• Proven ability to communicate technical recommendations to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge extraction and QA systems for complex documents.
