Job summary
OZ is seeking an AI Solutions Architect (Agentic AI) to lead enterprise-scale AI platforms, agentic AI frameworks, and governance. You will partner with Architecture and Engineering leadership to shape the AI strategy and reference architectures, guiding build-versus-buy decisions and safeguarding security, privacy, and compliance.
The role emphasizes transforming emerging AI capabilities into scalable, high-value business outcomes, with a focus on responsible AI governance and cross-team
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in software engineering and enterprise solutions.
- Cloud platform depth in one major provider (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience architecting generative AI solutions for enterprise.
- Proven design of RAG pipelines and agentic/multi-agent systems.
- Experience with AI security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Shape AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Define agentic AI architecture including supervisor/worker patterns.
- Design knowledge/memory layer with vector stores and knowledge graphs.
- Establish GenAIOps, CI/CD, and monitoring standards.
- Lead build-versus-buy decisions and risk assessment.
- Ensure secure identity, least-privilege, and data protection.
