Job summary

Tulip Interfaces, based in Somerville, MA, offers a hybrid work model with in-office presence 3+ days per week. The role focuses on building AI-enabled agentic tools, extending Tulip’s no-code platform, and delivering production-ready AI solutions across teams.

You will work on prompting, tool design, reliability, and human‑AI handoffs, while collaborating with engineering, operations, and GTM teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/AI experience with hands-on AI/LLM work.
• Proven ability to build internal tools for non-technical users.
• Strong TypeScript skills and API design experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompts, agent frameworks, and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify high-leverage AI opportunities and co-design and launch them.
• Build and ship AI agents that non-technical teams love using.
• Architect and build the internal agentic AI platform across the tech stack.
• Stay updated on agentic AI trends to shape company strategy.
• Contribute to AI enablement, learning programs, coaching, and change management.
