Vantor is seeking an Agentic Engineering Lead to shape how Engineering operates through AI-driven automation and agentic software development. You will set technical direction, partner with teams to adapt the Agentic SDLC, and build scalable agentic capabilities across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in senior software leadership, deep architecture expertise, hands-on AI agent experience, and a track record of influencing engineers and leaders to adopt new practices.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of software leadership with a relevant degree.
• Deep software engineering and architecture expertise across modern SDLC, automation, APIs, and tooling.
• Hands-on experience designing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, context engineering, and guardrails.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle and Engineering Operations.
• Translate standards into automated workflows, controls, and agents.
• Implement the Engineering data architecture and systems-of-record model.
• Define scalable patterns for agent architecture, context, human/agent handoffs, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
• Advise engineering teams on adapting the Agentic SDLC for their architectures, workflows, risks, and mission requirements.
• Develop reusable agentic capabilities and patterns that scale across Engineering.
• Measure adoption and continuously improve agentic capabilities.
