The candidate will design and scale AI-powered engineering workflows, leveraging LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, automation platforms, and modern software practices to transform how products are built and delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience building solutions with modern AI and LLM technologies.
• Strong software engineering and systems design experience.
• Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and development automation.
• Ability to design scalable workflows, evaluation frameworks, and engineering processes.
• Experience implementing software quality controls, testing frameworks, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling and infrastructure that enables engineers to effectively leverage AI agents.
• Design context management, evaluation, and verification systems for AI-generated code.
• Establish guardrails, testing strategies, and quality controls for AI-assisted development.
• Measure and optimize engineering productivity through automation and analytics.
• Partner with engineering leadership to identify and implement best practices.
