Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an AI Engineer III to design, build, and deploy advanced AI-powered applications. You will work across application development, AI architecture, cloud infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production support, shaping a growing AI environment with multiple new solutions.

The role requires hands-on engineering with deep Agentic AI experience and a strong software background, including production-grade AI integrations and DevOps collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack software development background with AI focus.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar agentic frameworks.
• Production integration of LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector DBs.
• Strong API development and integration across systems.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy agentic AI applications in production.
• Build agent-based and multi-agent workflows integrating enterprise data.
• Develop AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and frameworks.
• Create and integrate APIs, services, tools, and enterprise apps.
• Take apps from development through UAT to production deployment.
• Support cloud infra, servers, networking and environments; automate deployment.
• Mentor engineers and define engineering standards as AI grows.
