Job summary

SubcontractorHub in Park City, Utah seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production‑grade AI systems powering critical workflows across our platform. You will own the full lifecycle of AI capabilities—from architecture to deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will develop intelligent agents that can reason, plan, retrieve information, use tools, and safely execute complex tasks within a multi‑tenant SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on applied AI/ML experience with production systems.
• Expertise in prompt design, tool use, and RAG at scale.
• Experience curating datasets and evaluating models; know when to fine-tune.
• Strong SQL skills, data pipelines, and production data signals.
• MS or higher in CS/AI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take AI features from problem framing to productization and post-launch monitoring.
• Develop and orchestrate advanced multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and Python.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models with PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Design rigorous evaluations; define metrics; analyze agent trajectories.
• Ensure production safety with guardrails and safety checks in multi-tenant SaaS.
