Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Agentic Engineer in the United States to design and implement agentic AI solutions using Claude, APIs, and modern development practices.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, build reliable agent workflows, and integrate with enterprise systems while maintaining security clearances and production readiness. This role requires 4+ years in software/data engineering and 2+ years in GenAI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science or related field.
• 4+ years of software/data/analytics engineering experience.
• 2+ years building GenAI, LLM or agentic solutions.
• Experience with Claude API, Claude for Enterprise or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into practical technical designs and prototyping.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows with tools, outputs and human review.
• Develop reliable integrations with internal/external systems via APIs.
• Ensure solution patterns balance usability, performance and safety.
