Job summary

OnwardPath Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely with senior stakeholders. You will lead the development of production-grade generative AI/LLM solutions, design AI agents and enterprise integrations, and guide offshore teammates through delivery.

You will partner with product and business teams to shape AI use cases, prototype rapidly, and establish security and human-in-the-loop patterns for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building production generative AI/LLM solutions.
• Experience with agents, RAG/enterprise knowledge, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development experience.
• Experience with Claude/Anthropic or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Comfortable working directly with senior business, Product and technical stakeholders.
