Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with a proven track record to design, build, and run agentic AI workflows for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as technologist and trusted advisor, shaping use cases, prototyping, and deploying agentic solutions that integrate with client ecosystems.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and multi-provider AI platforms, plus observability and cost considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years end-to-end software engineering and SDLC experience.
• 8+ years in cloud-native systems and API/microservices development.
• 3+ years delivering agentic AI solutions in production.
• 2+ years designing with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• 1.5+ years knowledge graphs, ontologies, or enterprise knowledge.
• 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with orchestration and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstractions across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: leverage Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, CI/CD, and observability.
• Domain-specific workflows across industries with intelligent automation.
• Client engagement: run workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions.
• Measure and improve: track metrics on accuracy, latency, safety, cost.
• Knowledge sharing: create patterns, docs, and best practices.
