Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on agentic AI and GenAI solutions to join our delivery teams in the United States. You will translate business needs into technical designs, build prototypes, and develop reliable agent workflows using Claude and related cloud/API tools.

The role requires at least 4 years in software or analytics engineering and 2+ years building GenAI/LLM solutions; a Public Trust clearance is required to onboard.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust clearance prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software, data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building GenAI, LLM, or agentic solutions.
• Experience with Claude API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, tool use, or similar LLM platforms.
• Experience building and integrating applications through APIs, services, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and support agentic AI solutions using Claude, API integrations, and modern application development practices.
• Translate business and workflow needs into practical technical designs and working prototypes including Custom Skills.
• Develop reliable agent workflows that use tools, structured outputs, retrieval, and human review where appropriate.
• Contribute to the design of solution patterns that balance usability, performance, maintainability, and safety.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems through APIs, services, and data pipelines.
• Support read-oriented and low-risk workflow integrations with common business systems and internal applications.
